Stand Up If

A fun listening and getting to know each other game for the class or even online (in the video conference, students can “raise your hand if ..”.

Read out statements and students stand up if they answer yes to the question.   Great for practicing one particular grammatical form. For example – the past.   “I went to the mall today”.   “I did no homework last night”.  Etc …

Get students to come up with the statements too and they can read them out. Correct as you go along!
